Booking

All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made. You can book online at www.instructionsnotrequired.co.uk/booking  for all sessions/events and payment must be received at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked, it will be shown as such on the bookings page of the website and the booking system will not allow you to book.

All bookings should be made in advance of the session starting.

The person making the booking accepts the booking conditions on behalf of the account holder.

Bookings may be made by single sessions or by purchasing a Class Pass. Class Passes are valid for the advertised number of session uses and can be used for multiple attendees on a single event, single attendee on multiple events, or any combination of, up to the total use limit of the Class Pass.

Individual events/parties are subject to their own booking terms and conditions as agreed at the time of contract.

We accept payment in UK Sterling only.

Cancellations

We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy that you can use online. You can cancel sessions and transfer bookings online. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the session starts, no refund will be permitted.

Missed classes

We are sorry but missed classes are not refundable.

Changes in your course

If for any reason we need to change or cancel a session, we will let you know as early as possible and offer an alternative session. If the offered session does not suit you, a refund for that session will be issued.

Photography

Instructions Not required occasionally takes photographs and videos at our venues which can be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media. If you would rather you or your child was not included in any photographs, please inform a staff member of Instructions Not required.

Illness

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

If you or any member of your household are isolating due to any medical condition including Coronavirus then you must not attend the session until the isolation period has ended.

If you or any member of your party test positive for a notifiable illness including coronavirus within 48 hours of attendance of a session you must inform Instructions Not required.

Insurance

Instructions Not required has extensive insurance cover including Employers and Public Liability.

Safeguarding and Welfare

We are committed to safeguarding all the attendees of our sessions from harm and abuse.

All staff at Instructions Not required are obligated to report any suspected abuse or neglect to the relevant authorities.

Loss or Injury

Instructions Not required or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

At least one member of staff has received certified training in first aid and a first aid kit is available at each session/event.

Right to Remove

Instructions Not required reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
