I have a missing piece from my Hire Set

We are sorry that there is a piece/s missing from the set you have hired from us.
There are a couple of steps we would ask first, we know that some may be obvious, but we ask all the same.

1. Have you checked all the bags and box the set came in?
2. Has the piece already been used in a previous step in place of the correct colour/design?
3. Could the cat have knocked it off the table?
4. Has the toddler snuck off with it?
